Personal injury attorney Richard Serbin has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. He has been involved in a number of major trials and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; having secured court verdicts of more than $1 million for clients. For over 30 years attorney Serbin has been representing people injured in vehicular crashes, victims of childhood sexual abuse and people who have unfairly been denied benefits by their insurance companies. Attorney Serbin has been recognized by his peers for his excellence in his field, and is Board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Workers compensation lawyer Laverne M. Kovacs has been with the firm for 30 years, aggressively advocating for the rights of injured workers to ensure they get the time and financial resources they need for a full recovery. Ms. Kovacs is also a lecturer on the topic of workers compensation.

With almost 20 years of experience, personal injury lawyer Joe Nypaver takes personal injury and product liability suits to court, as well as helping people who have been treated unfairly by their insurance company with bad faith insurance claims. Attorney Nypaver is an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy. Mr. Nypaver is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served four years with the 101st Airborne Division. He is extensively involved in charitable and educational efforts in the community.

We will make hospital and home visits for injured clients who cannot come to our office. All cases are taken on a contingency fee basis.
